It’s a battle of the sexy half-naked spokesmodels.

Taking a step away from the movie set, Megan Fox strips down and poses in skimpy lingerie for a new set of suggestive black and white ads for Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear campaign, which will run in magazines and billboards next month.

The “Transformers” star, who replaced Victoria Beckham as the face of the luxury brand, was chosen by the designer because he said she is “young and sexy and has a lot of spirit.”

Fox is not to be outdone by Eva Mendes, who is also featured in just released ads for Calvin Klein‘s new Whitewashed jeans.

While Fox’s photos show the actress alone and looking provocative, Mendes turns up the heat for her photo shoot with model Jamie Dornan.

The oiled-up actress wrestles in the sand with her handsome cohort in photographs that will hit billboards this spring.

Regardless of which actress’ ad is deemed more appealing, it is highly advised that gawkers be aware of nearby moving vehicles as these billboard ads will surely stop traffic.
